From Data to Decisions; Creating Super Powered Student Scientists for a Better World

This professional development workshop, hosted by Naturally STEM, is for formal and non-formal educators. This workshop will focus on understanding the new OASS format, creating a vertical alignment plan for students within a district, and getting the educator comfortable and excited to write curriculum based in an outdoor setting, and on environmental issues. 

This workshop will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on April 16 - 17, 2021 and will be a virtual/in person mix.  For those that have been vaccinated and feel comfortable, in person will be available. The cost is free.

Oklahoma State Standards Addressed at this Professional Development

All will be hit upon.  WE will break down a science standard component by component understanding the importance of each .  Then through vertical alignment education and study, we will together go through the science standards for each grade from PK-12.
